Our production process

Trends have shown that shoppers are often willing to spend a little bit more on hand-crafted or hand-painted magnets rather than cheap, mass-produced plastic magnets. Over the last two decades we have designed, hand-cast and hand-painted a range of over 870 different magnets, a huge proportion of which have been custom designed or branded for our retail gift shop customers such as zoos, hotels, airport duty-free gift shops and tourist attraction sites. Our in-house artists’ superior design capabilities give our clients the opportunity to create beautiful hand-painted magnets, customised and branded specifically for their shop, attraction or brand. The designs are based original hand-sculpted designs which are then intricately hand-painted using Windsor and Newton oil paints by our highly trained South African artists.

Animal Magnets

Over the years, we have designed a large range of animal magnets in a variety of themes and styles. All of our magnets are created by hand, either as etched designs, full figurines and busts, relief carving designs, or a blend of all 3. The range of magnets includes 3D, framed, figures, flag, happy, humorous, love, Africa, map, scenic, tusk and window themes and styles. We can even customise the design and branding of the magnets to suit your needs.

Tribal Magnets

Our original range of African tribal magnets includes a variety of tribal themes and styles. Our range of tribal magnet themes and designs include baby, mini figures, love Africa, map, scenic, and tusk styles. We have designed a variety of magnets to include our customers’ branding and even customised or added new designs for locations and specific attractions.

Nelson Mandela Magnets

Over the years, we have designed a large range of animal magnets in a variety of themes and styles. All of our magnets are created by hand, either as etched designs, full figurines and busts, relief carving designs, or a blend of all 3. Oceanic Magnets

In recent years, we have been adding a number of designs to our oceanic range of magnets as a result of high demand from aquarium and zoo gift shops. We have created a range magnets including fish, penguin and mermaid themed magnets, which our clients can purchase either with their standard designs, or we can customise the theme and design of the magnets, or brand the magnets, to meet our clients’ needs.
